My son Umar's room is just like a Kids room. It's his space n everything that he needs is there in that room.
There are of course toys, cycles, Scooter, even the old pram! Then there r two cupboards where all the clothes, shoes, stationery, books and soft toys r kept.
Ive decorated the room with all the stuff made by my son, Eg. paintings and drawings, cutouts of animals.etc. Plus Ive put up a few readymade charts of Alphabets n numbers, Vegetables n fruits...
The celing is decorated with glow signs of stars n moon and we love to look at that at night. Its fun.
There is also a board on one wall where I keep putting pictures from the family album, of g'parents, relatives n friends. The pics keep changing.
There r wind chimes which r always tinkling because of the breeze from the balcony. There is no furniture in the room. Just a mattress with a colourfull bedsheet n cushions at one side and two baby chairs n a very small table. You inspire me to get some smart stuff for his room soon... :)
