We send out kids to school and rely on the teachers to guide our kids to the utmost level of training them and molding them into successful adults. It is our kids teachers who we have to credit and appreciate for playing a prominent role in our kids lives. For this a special day is marked to honor the teachers for the effort they put in towards our kids from adolescence to adulthood.
Every year on the 5th of September Teachers Day is being celebrated to commemorate the teachers all over India. Its a day dedicated to teachers who act as our guides and play an important role in our life as students. We are enriched and enlightened by their discipline and knowledge that they impart to us as teachers. We in return celebrate this day to honer them for their efforts given to us throughout the year. We have all been a student sometime in our lives and we need to carry on honoring them.... our kids learn from us and will follow us.....
Teachers day celebrations
The day is celebrated with teachers and students attending school but replace the usual routine and activates by the celebrations. Teachers act as students while students dress and imitate their teachers in a form of skits and plays. Sweets are served out to the students to celebrate.

A great teacher is one who would make you spend more time with books then with video games, I am lucky to have found one http://amzn.to/sxTw5e. Get hooked to Math, Physics and Chemistry. It's never too late.
I think that is an interesting point, it made me think a bit. Thanks for sparking my thinking cap. Sometimes I get so much in a rut that I just feel like a record.Recent studies have shown that learning foreign languages for children begins at an early age - starting early is the key.
It is very important to teach kids to show thanks and gratitude to their teachers. Kids sometimes take these people for granted, however they are every bit as important in shaping a child's future as are their parents, siblings, and other care givers.
Having children honor their teachers also teaches them (the kids) some level of compassion and the importance of thanking somebody. In our rush rush world where everything is me me me, it is vital kids learn to slow down and say thanks
Great blog, enjoyed.
