It depend the pregnant women if they like to look beautiful or not..Because most of the pregnant women especially they carry a baby boy.they don't like to put some else to their faces.but if it is girl they would rather to make some cream to make their faces beautiful and most pregnant women are so conscious about their faces and looks.
